Please phone us during regular office hours to set up an appointment or to learn more about our practice. We request that you call well in advance so we may reserve a convient time for you. We make every effort to see our patients in a timely manner, but sometimes emergencies and other situations may cause unavoidable delays. If possible, we will phone you prior to your arrival in order to give you the option to reschedule your appointment for another time. Same day visits are available, but on an emergency basis only. We ask that you call our office before coming in.

If your physician is unavailable when you call, he will return your call at his earliest convenience. Our experienced staff is also available to answer questions.

In the event of a cancellation, please call us as you know that you will be unable to keep the appointment. If you call after office hours, please leave the information with the answering service.
